Social and cultural research, preparation of a training program and materials, as well as mediation between different social and cultural groups aiming to reduce the tension, thus avoiding possible conflicts between bears and humans as part of a Brown Bear Preservation Project, funded by the Countries from the EEA Grants Fund for Bulgarian NGOs. Research of human and cultural resources in parts of Bulgaria and Italy, cultural exchange and facilitation of a cooperation process between institutions and organizations in the two countries as part of a Sustainable Tourism Development Project, funded by the EU Operational Programme Regional Development. Research of the cultural specifics of Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan, formulation of a stakeholders’ involvement strategy, adaptation of programs and materials for the three different national cultures and extensive mediation between experts from the three countries as part of a Water Resourses Preservation Project, funded by the EU Commission trough EPTISA Servicios de Ingenieria S.A. (Spain) & Grontmij Carl Bro A.S. (Denmark) Consortium. Macedonian Municipality Kriva Palanka Cultural Heritage Research Project, funded by the PHAR EU Program. Intercultural Dialog Project, funded by Anna Lindh Euro-Mediterranean Foundation, which created and popularized a model for a conflict-free coexistence between diverse ethnic and religious groups that can be multiplied on both national and international levels. Hardner Foundation, USA. Study and revival of authentic cultural traditions, facilitation of intercultural communication, as well as trainings for communication with tourists of different cultural and social backgrounds for ecotourism service providers as part of Building Local Community Capacity for Ecotourism Development Project funded by PAN Parks Foundation. Orientation to Bulgarian culture and people training and facilitation of intercultural communication between the participants, their Bulgarian hosts and local communities and institutions as part of a Study Tour to the Bulgarian national parks, funded by the World Bank. The Tour was for a group of Turkish environmental experts and local community leaders and representatives of the Ministry of Environment and Forests of the Republic of Turkey. |
